Description
A vintage Remington Kleanbore .22 LR Standard Velocity brick of ammunition. This item contains 500 Rim Fire Smokeless Cartridges. The ammunition is housed in its original green and red cardboard packaging, marked ‘Remington,’ ‘KLEANBORE,’ ‘New and Improved’ (also ‘New-Improved’ and ‘Standard Velocity’), and features a ‘DU PONT’ logo. The box is also marked ‘MADE IN U.S.A.’ and bears codes ‘R19’ and ‘6122.’ Inside, numerous brass-cased cartridges with lead bullets are visible, each marked with a ‘U’ on the base.
Condition report:
The cardboard box exhibits significant wear, creasing, tears, and discoloration consistent with its age. The contents appear generally intact with some oxidation.
