Description
A modern Henry Repeating Arms lever-action rifle, Model H011BTH, chambered in .44-40 caliber. This rifle is identified as 1 of 200, indicated by the serial number “019BTH200” on the underside of the receiver. It features a highly polished blued steel octagonal barrel and a gold-tone brass receiver and buttplate. The receiver is extensively engraved with scrollwork, including a portrait of a man, likely B. Tyler Henry, on one side and the word “Henry” on the other. The stock and forearm are crafted from highly figured dark wood, consistent with walnut.
