Visible markings on the slide include “COLT AUTOMATIC,” “CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS,” “COLT’S PT. F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD, CT. U.S.A.,” and patent dates “APR. 20. 1897. DEC. 22. 1903,” alongside the serial number “194460.” The pistol is presented on an acrylic stand against a modern, silver-toned, textured hard case with chrome-plated metal hardware.
