Description
A Smith & Wesson Model 19-3 .357 Magnum double-action revolver, serial number 65K6772. This revolver features a high-gloss blued steel finish on its frame, barrel, and six-shot swing-out cylinder. It is fitted with reddish-brown wooden grip panels, which include checkered sections and inlaid S&W medallions. Prominent markings include “S.&W. 357 MAGNUM” on the left side of the barrel, “SMITH & WESSON” on the right side of the barrel, and the full “TRADE MARK / S&W logo / REG. U.S. PAT. OFF.” along with “MADE IN U.S.A. / MARCAS REGISTRADAS / SMITH & WESSON / SPRINGFIELD, MASS.” on the left side of the frame. The hammer and trigger exhibit a contrasting case-hardened finish.
Condition report:
Very good apparent condition. The blued finish shows minimal wear consistent with light use. The visible bore and cylinder chambers are clean. Mechanical action appears sound.
