Two Vintage Hornady Ammunition Boxes, 40 Rounds Total
Description
This lot comprises two vintage Hornady Ammunition boxes, stacked one atop the other, containing a total of 40 rounds. Each box is made of light brown/tan cardboard with red and black printing, featuring the prominent “Hornady AMMUNITION” logo with bullets stylized within the ‘H’. Below the logo, the motto “Accurate. Deadly. Dependable.” is printed in script, followed by “J.W. HORNADY 1907-1981,” indicating a commemorative period or founder’s dates. Each box states “20 CARTRIDGES” and depicts a monochrome graphic of a person shouldering a rifle.
Condition report:
Fair condition commensurate with age and use. Both boxes exhibit creasing, minor tears, surface scuffs, and discoloration. The top box has visible adhesive residue.
