Description
A ZBROJOVKA BRNO MOD. 4 Svazarm 12 Cold War Army Military Match Rifle, made in Czechoslovakia. This bolt-action rifle features a blued metal finish and a reddish-brown varnished wooden stock with a pistol grip and a black checkered buttplate. Visible markings include a stylized ‘Č’ logo, “BRNO MOD. 4”, “ZBROJOVKA BRNO N.R.”, and “MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA”. Serial numbers “05416” are present on the receiver and “23000” on the rear sight base. Additional markings include “S.W.A.RY 12” and proof marks “55” and “56”. The rifle is equipped with a hooded front sight and an adjustable rear aperture sight, and includes metal sling swivels. A separate detachable black finished metal box magazine is also present.
Condition report:
Good overall condition. Minor cosmetic wear and surface abrasions to the wooden stock. Finish loss and wear to the edges of the detachable magazine. Blued metal finish shows minor handling marks consistent with age and use.
