Description
A Savage Model 99 lever-action sporting rifle, manufactured by Savage Arms Corporation in Chicopee Falls, Mass., U.S.A. This rifle features a 24″ blued steel barrel and receiver, complemented by a dark-stained hardwood stock and forend, both of which have checkered grip panels. The rifle is chambered in .300 Savage caliber, with the serial number “69 2775” present. Additional text on the barrel reads “HI-PRESSURE STEEL – PROOF TESTED.” The buttstock is fitted with a black “WHITE LINE” branded recoil pad. An internal rotary magazine is visible when the action is open.
