Description
A Browning BPS Field Model 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun, featuring a 28-inch vent rib barrel with Invector-Plus special steel. The shotgun exhibits polished blued metal surfaces and rich, lacquered dark wood furniture on the stock and forend, both with checkered grip panels. The receiver is extensively engraved with ornate scrollwork flanking a central game scene depicting three flying waterfowl. Visible text on the barrel includes “BROWNING,” “INVECTOR-PLUS BPS SPECIAL STEEL, 12GA – 2 3/4″ AND 3″ FIELD MODEL – 28″”. The serial number “26337 NV152” is present on the receiver. Markings on both the barrel and original box indicate “MADE IN JAPAN.” The shotgun is accompanied by its original factory box and a small plastic bag of accessories.
