Description
A collection of six vintage Remington ammunition boxes, containing 103 rounds of .222 Remington Magnum centerfire cartridges. The cardboard boxes are primarily in faded green and cream, branded ‘Remington,’ ‘Kleanbore,’ ‘Hi-Speed,’ ‘Power-Lokt,’ and ‘High Velocity.’ They indicate bullet types such as ’55 Grain Soft Point Bullet’ and ’55 Grain Hollow Point.’ Visible markings include ’20 Center Fire Cartridges,’ ‘No. 0522,’ ‘MADE IN U.S.A.,’ and ‘WARNING: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.’ The cartridges feature brass casings and are presented both loose and within a cardboard tray.
Condition report:
The packaging exhibits significant wear, fading, discoloration, and some tears, consistent with age and storage. The cartridges themselves appear to be in generally good condition, with some visible tarnishing.
