Description
This offering comprises a contemporary artisan-made fixed-blade knife with a custom segmented handle and a fitted leather sheath. The knife features a drop-point blade of pattern-welded (Damascus) steel, exhibiting a prominent wavy grain, with jimping along the spine. The full-tang handle is constructed from multiple materials: a dark brown stabilized wood pommel end secured by a brass-toned pin and featuring a circular blue and gold/silver inlay; a central section of translucent yellowish-orange material, possibly resin; and a fore-handle section of blue-dyed stabilized wood secured by a silver-toned pin. The accompanying dark brown leather sheath features visible lighter-colored stitching and a lighter tan leather retaining strap embossed with a Celtic triskele symbol.
Condition report:
Both items appear to be in excellent overall condition, showing minimal signs of wear.
