This compact firearm is crafted from metal and features dark, checkered composite grips, each adorned with a “COLT” banner and a Rampant Colt logo. The left side of the slide is marked “COLT’S PT.F.A. MFG. CO. HARTFORD. CT U.S.A.” and “PATENTED AUG. 25 1896 APR. 20 1897 DEC 22 1903”. The serial number “7958” is visible on the frame. The right side of the slide is marked “COLT AUTOMATIC CALIBRE .25”, indicating its ammunition type.
