Browning Auto-5 Semi-Automatic 12 Gauge Shotgun with 29 1/2" Barrel
Description
A Browning Auto-5 semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun, made in Belgium. The blued steel barrel measures 29 1/2″ and is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY ST. LOUIS Mo. & MONTREAL P.Q.” and “* SPECIAL STEEL 12 GAUGE SHELLS”. The blued receiver features scroll engraving and bears the “BROWNING” logo, with the serial number “2M 84121”. It is fitted with a polished wooden buttstock and a checkered forend. The buttstock is equipped with a “WHITE LINE” Pachmayr recoil pad, marked “U.S. PATENT D161.220” and “LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A.”. A crack is present in the buttstock.
Condition report:
Good overall condition. The blued metal finish exhibits visible surface scratches and wear. The wooden components show minor dings and scratches. A notable crack is present in the buttstock. The Pachmayr recoil pad shows some wear consistent with age and use.
