Description
This lot features a custom handmade folding pocket knife with a coordinating leather sheath. The knife is fitted with a drop-point blade crafted from Damascus steel, displaying a prominent wavy pattern. The handle is composed of multiple segments, including a red-stained wood or composite, an off-white bone or synthetic material, and a blue-stained wood or composite. An inlaid five-pointed white star is visible within the blue segment, collectively creating a motif evocative of the Texas state flag. Polished metal bolsters, one featuring radial scoring, and brass pins accent the handle. A small brass thumb stud is present near the blade pivot. The accompanying brown leather sheath is saddle-stitched with contrasting orange thread and secures with a brass-toned snap closure. The snap button features a circular emblem containing a five-pointed star surrounded by what appears to be a wreath or inscription, reinforcing the regional theme.
