Description
An Interarms Virginian Dragoon .44 Magnum single-action revolver. This stainless steel firearm features a brushed metal finish and smooth wooden grips. The barrel is marked “INTERARMS ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA, U.S.A.” and “VIRGINIAN DRAGOON CAL. 44 MAGNUM.” The frame is stamped with “PAT. NO. 3,803,741” and “DATE APR. 16, 1974,” alongside the Interarms sunburst logo. A commemorative inscription, “Yorktown 1781-1981” flanked by stars, is present on the butt of the grip, indicating a 1981 commemorative issue. The serial number S15659 is visible. The revolver is accompanied by its original black textured box, labeled “THE VIRGINIAN DRAGOON,” and associated Interarms paperwork, including “SAFETY WARNINGS” and “LIMITED WARRANTY.”
Condition report:
The revolver appears in very good to excellent condition, exhibiting minor handling marks consistent with light use. The brushed stainless steel finish is largely intact. The wooden grips show minimal wear. The original box presents with some shelf wear and minor scuffs but remains structurally sound. All accompanying paperwork is in good, legible condition.
