19th Century French Rococo Revival Sevres Centerpiece
Description
An antique Sevres Rococo revival centerpiece featuring a hand-painted celestial blue porcelain bowl that rests on an ornate gilt bronze base. The bowl is adorned with intricate gilt bronze mounts and handles. Each shows a delicate scrollwork design with elegant acanthus leaf motifs and a bird perched on top. The center of the bowl is adorned with a stunning medallion depicting a floral scene. Marked underneath. Circa late 19th century.
