Louis XV Style Throne Armchair
Description
Elegant Louis XV throne-style chair standing on a heavily decorated gold guild frame. The top features intricate carvings in a natural motif and both arms are also carved. The throne stands on 4 heavily carved legs with a decorated front base featuring flowers and pine cones. The seat and back are Upholstered with floral velvet tapestry in the tones of blue, green, red, and yellow– secured with round brass tackles.
Condition- some damage to upholstery and loss of guild.
