Description
A Winchester Model 70 bolt-action sporting rifle, featuring a wooden stock with checkered grip and forend, and blued metal components. The receiver is marked “WINCHESTER” and bears the serial number “G1209582.” The barrel has been swapped to a .280 Rem Caliber, inscribed “280 REM,” . It is fitted with scope mounting bases and includes a black padded sling with shell loops. A black rubber recoil pad, partially marked “Remington,” “OLD FAITHFUL,” “U.S. PATENTS & PAT. PENDING,” and “MERSHON,” completes the buttstock.
