Description
A Colt New Line Revolver, serial number 9112. This compact, single-action spur-trigger revolver features a blued metal finish and two-piece dark wooden bird’s head grip panels, secured by a single screw with a brass escutcheon. It has a fluted cylinder, a short barrel, and a knurled cylinder pin release. The top of the barrel is engraved with “COLT’S PT. F. A. MFG. CO.” and “HARTFORD, CT. U. S. A.”. The serial number “9112” is stamped on the butt of the frame.
Condition report:
The firearm is in good overall condition, retaining much of its original blued finish with minimal visible wear. The wooden grips show only minor handling marks.
