100 Rounds of Vintage Winchester Super-Speed and Western Super X Silvertip .250 Savage 100 Gr. Expanding Ammunition
Description
This lot comprises 100 rounds of vintage ammunition, presented in five original cardboard boxes. One box is marked “WINCHESTER SUPER-SPEED SILVERTIP” and “W2503”, while the remaining four are marked “Western SUPER X SILVERTIP” and “2503”. All boxes specify “.250 SAVAGE” caliber and “100 GR. EXPANDING” ammunition. The boxes are predominantly yellow with red and blue text, consistent with the classic branding of Winchester and Western ammunition of the period. A warning label, “WARNING Keep out of reach of children,” is visible on the sides of the boxes. The interior of one open box reveals twenty brass-cased metallic cartridges, each fitted with a silver-tipped projectile. One box features an original price sticker of “6.20”.
Condition report:
The cardboard boxes exhibit minor age-related wear, light discoloration, and some slight creasing. The cartridges appear to be in good, clean, and potentially unused condition.
