Description
A lot of Remington .222 Remington Magnum ammunition, totaling 100 rounds. This lot comprises five boxes of Remington brand centerfire ammunition. Four of the green and yellow cardboard boxes are marked “Remington,” “High Velocity,” “20 CENTERFIRE CARTRIDGES,” “222 Rem. Mag.,” “55 GR. PTD. SOFT PT.,” and “R222M1,” with a “MADE IN THE U.S.A.” logo. An additional, more worn green and yellow box is marked “Remington,” “High Velocity,” “20 CENTERFIRE CARTRIDGES,” “222 Rem. Mag.,” “55 GR. POWER-LOKT® HOLLOW PT.,” and “R222M2.” All boxes display warnings in English and French: “Cartouches À Percussion Centrale Mise En Garde: Garder Hors De La Portée Des Enfants,” which translates to “Centerfire Cartridges Warning: Keep Out Of Reach Of Children.” The lot also includes approximately 42 loose cartridges, which are brass-cased with copper-colored projectiles, consistent with both soft point and hollow point types described on the boxes. These loose cartridges are held in black and white foam trays.
Condition report:
The boxes show varying degrees of wear, with the topmost box exhibiting more significant damage, including scuffs and tears. The loose cartridges appear to be in good, clean condition.
