This lot consists of three boxes of .38-40 Winchester caliber centerfire ammunition, totaling 150 cartridges. The first box is a “WINCHESTER SUPER-X” branded box containing “50 CENTERFIRE RIFLE OR HANDGUN CARTRIDGES,” specifically “38-40 WINCHESTER 180 GR. SOFT POINT.” The second box is from “BLACK HILLS AMMUNITION CENTRAL-FIRE CARTRIDGES” for “38-40 180 Gr FPL,” featuring a vintage aesthetic with “MANUFACTURED IN RAPID CITY, DAKOTA TERRITORY” text. The third box is “TEN-X AMMUNITION,” holding “50 CENTRAL FIRE CARTRIDGES 38-40 180gr. RNFP,” noting it is “Loaded to Sass Specifications” and “Made in the Republic of California,” with a retro-western design.
