Description
A Harrington & Richardson “22 Special” .22 Long Rifle 7-shot revolver, crafted from blued steel with checkered wooden grips. The top of the barrel is marked “HARRINGTON & RICHARDSON ARMS CO. WORCESTER, MASS. U.S.A.”, while the side of the barrel reads “H&R “22 SPECIAL”” and “22 LONG RIFLE CTG.” The cylinder or frame displays a patent number “PAT. 1904730”, and the serial number “594152” is visible on the underside of the grip frame.
Condition report:
Overall good, used condition. The blued finish is somewhat worn with minor surface scratches. There are areas of light discoloration or patina, particularly on the hammer and around the cylinder. The wooden grips are complete and exhibit typical handling wear.
