High Standard Dura-Matic M-101 'The Plinker' .22 LR Semi-Automatic Pistol
Description
This is a High Standard Dura-Matic M-101 ‘The Plinker’ semi-automatic pistol, chambered in .22 Long Rifle. The pistol is primarily constructed of dark blued metal, complemented by dark brown, textured grip panels that appear to be a composite material. Visible markings on the right side of the slide include “DURA-MATIC” and “HI-STANDARD”. The left side of the slide displays the model “M-101” and the serial number “1611584”. Further markings on the left barrel/receiver identify the manufacturer as “HIGH STANDARD MFG. CORP. HAMDEN CONN. U.S.A.” and the caliber as “.22 L.R.”. The pistol is equipped with fixed sights. A green inert cartridge is visible in the chamber.
Condition report:
Generally good to very good condition. The blued finish exhibits minor surface wear consistent with use, particularly on edges and high points. The composite grip panels are intact with no apparent cracks or significant damage. Mechanically appears sound, though functionality has not been tested.
