Description
A High Standard “Sport King” semi-automatic rimfire rifle, featuring a blued metal barrel and receiver paired with a varnished wooden stock. The 22″ barrel is clearly marked “SPORT KING SPECIAL .22 L.R. OR HIGH HIGH STANDARD SPEED SHORTS HAMDEN CONN. U.S.A.”, identifying its manufacturer, model, and designated calibers. The receiver bears the serial number “3203863,” and the safety lever is marked “SAFE.” The wooden stock features a checkered pattern on the pistol grip, and the black butt plate with a gold-colored spacer is molded with an emblem depicting a shield containing a squirrel and a target. A brass-colored indicator is visible within the tubular magazine.
