Description
A Browning BBR High Power deluxe Pre A-Bolt model bolt-action hunting rifle, constructed with a blued steel barrel and receiver, and a varnished hardwood stock, likely walnut. The stock features checkered panels on the forend and pistol grip, and is fitted with a black rubber buttpad, partially marked with the Browning name. The barrel is marked “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.”, “MADE IN JAPAN”, and “CALIBER .270 WIN ONLY”. The rifle bears the serial number “06132PZ197”. It is equipped with a black Tasco brand variable power scope, marked “6-24X40”, mounted in Burris rings. The scope displays various range markings including “50FT, 100, 200, 400” and bullet drop compensation settings for game animals such as ELK, MULE DEER, WHITELDEER, SHEEP, BEAR, COUGAR, COT. Condition report:
