Description
This lot comprises 90 rounds of vintage .300 Holland & Holland Magnum centerfire rifle ammunition. The lot includes five vintage boxes, primarily featuring Western ‘Super-X Silvertip’ with 180 grain controlled expanding bullets, and Remington ‘Kleanbore Express’ with 220 grain Core-Lokt bullets and ‘Hi-Speed’ branded ammunition. Handwritten annotations on some Western boxes suggest an “Estimated 1953-57” period. Visible brass cartridges and two loose examples are generally clean and well-preserved, with headstamps confirming “WINCHESTER SUPER-X 300 H&H MAGNUM”. All visible text is in English.
Condition report:
The cardboard packaging exhibits fair to poor condition with notable wear, tears, and discoloration. Several boxes are open. The brass cartridges visible inside the boxes and two loose examples appear generally clean and well-preserved.
