Winchester Model 12 Deluxe Model 12 Gauge Pump-Action Shotgun with 30" Barrel
Description
A Winchester Model 12 Deluxe Model 12 gauge pump-action shotgun, featuring blued steel metalwork with a ventilated rib barrel and a highly figured, polished dark wood buttstock and fore-end, both adorned with intricate checkering. The buttstock is fitted with an orange rubber recoil pad, visibly marked with “Winchester,” “MADE IN U.S.A.,” “TRADE MARK,” and “PAT. JUNE 6, 1922.” Barrel markings indicate “MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S. OF AMERICA WINCHESTER TRADE MARK MODEL 12-12 GA.-2 3/4 CHAM. MOD.” along with “WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL.” Additional text on the barrel rib reads “SIMMONS GUN SPECIALTIES INC. KANSAS CITY, MO.,” suggesting a custom or aftermarket feature. The shotgun features a 30″ barrel. A serial number, “1260972,” is stamped on the underside.
