The item exhibits a bright metal finish, likely nickel or chrome-plated steel or brass, complemented by a natural wood grip attached by a single screw on each side. The mechanism includes an exposed external hammer and a trigger housed within a guard. Visible markings on the barrel and receiver include “6¾ C.M.”, “T.R.”, and the date “1923”, along with the number “523” stamped on both the receiver and the hammer.
