Description
A collection of 250 rounds of .22 Hornet ammunition, presented in four vintage-style cardboard boxes and a clear plastic bag containing loose cartridges. Visible brands include Savage (red box), Remington Arms Company Inc. (tan box), Super-X (yellow box), and Peters (blue and yellow box). All boxes are clearly marked for “.22 HORNET” caliber with bullet weights specified as “45 GRAIN BALL” or “45 GRAIN SOFT POINT BULLET.” Additional markings indicate “CENTER FIRE,” “SMOKELESS,” and “NON-CORROSIVE PRIMERS.” The cartridges feature brass casings and copper-jacketed or soft-point bullets. Headstamps visible on some read “SAVAGE .22 HORNET.”
Condition report:
The cardboard boxes show visible wear, creasing, tears, and discoloration consistent with age and storage. The cartridges themselves appear to be in good, aged condition with typical brass tarnishing.
