Description
A custom handmade Damascus steel drop point hunter knife. The knife features a drop-point blade crafted from pattern-welded steel, exhibiting a distinctive wavy layered pattern, with jimping along the spine. The handle consists of two light cream-colored scales, secured by two visible metal pins, and separated from the blade/tang by a thin red spacer and a metal bolster. The accompanying custom-shaped sheath is made of dark brown leather with prominent yellow contrast stitching along the edges and a securing strap fastened by two metal rivets. No discernible manufacturer’s marks, text, or period-specific identifiers are visible on either item.
Condition report:
Good condition. Minor superficial wear to the blade and handle consistent with light use. The leather sheath shows minor scuffs and wear commensurate with age and handling. All components appear stable.
