Description
A Colt Army Special .32-20 W.C.F. double-action revolver, constructed of blued steel, featuring a medium-length barrel and an exposed hammer. The grips are checkered dark brown composite, embossed with “COLT” at the top and a rearing horse logo on the frame. Visible markings on the barrel include “COLT ARMY SPECIAL .32-20 W.C.F.” and patent dates “AUG.5.1884. JULY 4.1905. OCT.5.1926.”. The serial number “589100” is present on the frame and yoke.
Condition report:
Good condition. Shows considerable finish wear, particularly to the bluing, which is dulled and thinning. Minor surface abrasions are present consistent with age and use. Mechanically appears intact.
