Nao by Lladro Porcelain Figurine Boy Blowing
Description
Glazed porcelain figurine titled Boy Blowing, manufactured by Nao of the Lladro group in Spain. The figure depicts a young boy wearing a long, pale grey or blue-tinted gown with a light blue collar. The boy is modeled with an elongated neck and head tilted upward in a blowing or kissing pose, with his hands clasped behind his back. The underside of the base contains the impressed Nao oval mark, an impressed circle O, and the stamped words MADE IN SPAIN. Incised numbers 6-0 and 55 are present, along with a hand-marked black letter H. This model is frequently associated with Lladro design number 4869.
Condition report:
The item is in good overall condition. No chips, cracks, or signs of restoration are visible. There is light surface soiling and minor shelf wear staining on the unglazed underside of the base.
