Antique heavily decorated commemorative frame in the Tramp Artisan folk art style decorated with layers of chipped and carved wood. The top consists of an oval shaped decorated photograph frame with photo of a lady. The bottom is decorated with a large carved rose. Hanging hardware on the back.

Condition- some of the petals are missing. Chips and loss throughout.
