Description
A modern Remington Model 700 bolt-action rifle, identified as a “75th Anniversary Limited” edition. The rifle features a checkered walnut stock and a matte silver-grey finish on the metal components, including a fluted barrel. Markings on the barrel read “REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY INC. ILION, NY 257 ROBERTS”. The receiver is engraved “Remington MODEL 700 LIMITED” with serial number “S6692120”. The hinged floorplate displays etched scrollwork surrounding a bullet illustration and the text “257 ROBERTS 75TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED”. The rifle is fitted with a black Carl Zeiss Diavari C 3-9×36 MC rifle scope, marked “Made in USA” and showing a duplex reticle, mounted in corresponding black rings. It features a “Remington SuperCell” branded black rubber recoil pad.
