Description
This lot comprises three vintage Remington Kleanbore .257 Roberts Express ammunition boxes. The green and red cardboard boxes, marked “DUPONT” and “MADE IN U.S.A.”, specify “117 GRAIN SOFT POINT CORE-LOKT BULLET” and contain “20 CENTER FIRE SMOKELESS CARTRIDGES,” with a “5325” designation on the side. One box is open, revealing 20 brass cartridges, one of which is shown removed and resting on top, featuring a copper-jacketed lead bullet and “REM-UMC .257 ROBTS” headstamps. The lot includes a total of 59 rounds.
Condition report:
The boxes exhibit moderate wear, creasing, and discoloration consistent with age and storage. The cartridges appear to be in good overall condition with some minor tarnish.
