A Winchester Model 1892 lever-action rifle with a 20″ barrel. This rifle is constructed with a blued steel barrel and receiver, complemented by a varnished reddish-brown wooden stock and forearm. Visible markings include the serial number “261378” on the upper tang, the caliber designation “25-35 W.C.F.” clearly stamped on the barrel, and the rear sight bearing the manufacturer’s mark “LYMAN / MIDDLEFIELD / CONN U.S.A.”
Condition report:
The rifle displays an apparent used condition, consistent with its age, showing general surface wear, minor scratches, and some areas of finish loss on both the metal components and the wooden furniture.
