Description
A Century Arms L1A1 Sporter semi-automatic rifle, exhibiting a modern military style consistent with post-WWII designs. The rifle is constructed primarily from metal with a dark finish, likely blued or phosphated, complemented by black synthetic furniture including the buttstock, pistol grip, and a ventilated handguard. A detachable magazine is present. Prominent markings on the rifle include “CAI-SPORTER C 1621”, “AD626994”, “9602302”, “F 59”, and “USA A.M.2920” found on the receiver and internal components, with additional numbering “9602270” on the barrel. Attached is a tan canvas sling with brass hardware, legibly marked “J.&A.H. 1944”.
