Brand Used Test
Lot 1553:
Description
The lot comprises 50 live rounds of Remington Kleanbore .32 Colt New Police ammunition, presented in two vintage cardboard boxes. The packaging, predominantly green and red with white text, displays brand names such as “Remington” and “DUPONT,” along with specifications including “32 COLT NEW POLICE,” “100 GR. LEAD BULLET,” “50 CENTER FIRE SMOKELESS,” and “NON-CORROSIVE PRIMING.” Visible markings include “MADE IN U.S.A.” and an end flap noting “1G.” One box is largely intact but heavily worn, while the other is open and partially collapsed, revealing its contents. The open box contains 50 brass-cased cartridges with lead bullets, most displaying “REM-UMC 32 COLT NP” headstamps. The overall style and specifications suggest a mid-20th century period of manufacture.
Condition report:
The cardboard boxes are in poor condition, exhibiting significant tears, creasing, discoloration, and material loss. The ammunition cartridges appear to be in generally good, unfired condition with some expected age-related tarnishing.
