Vintage Winchester .380 Automatic Colt "Full Patch" Ammunition, 49 Live Rounds
Description
A vintage cardboard box of Winchester .380 Automatic Colt “Full Patch” ammunition, containing 49 live rounds. These “Smokeless Center Fire” cartridges are housed in a dark blue and orange box prominently displaying the “WINCHESTER” brand, “TRADE MARK MADE IN U. S. A.”, and specifying “NON-MERCURIC STAYNLESS” primer technology. The box indicates compatibility for “.380 Colt Auto., Savage, Webley and Other Automatic Arms,” and includes a manufacturer’s guarantee from “WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO.” The interior reveals brass-cased cartridges with copper-jacketed bullets, and headstamps “W.R.A. Co. .380” are discernible on the bases.
Condition report:
The cardboard box is in worn condition, exhibiting tears, creasing, and discoloration consistent with age and storage. The cartridges themselves appear largely intact but show varying degrees of tarnish on the metal components.
