Description
This lot comprises 188 rounds of .38-40 Winchester metallic ammunition cartridges. Each cartridge features a golden-colored brass casing crimped onto a silver-grey lead projectile, indicative of rimmed centerfire metallic ammunition. The collection is presented in a light-colored wooden box, which features brass-toned hinges and clasp, with additional cartridges contained in two clear plastic bags. Close examination of the cartridge bases reveals clear headstamps.
Condition report:
Excellent, unused condition. All cartridges, the wooden box, and the plastic bags show no visible signs of wear, damage, or corrosion.
