Description
A Remington Model 1100 semi-automatic shotgun, 12 gauge, designed for 2 3/4 inch shells. The firearm features a blued steel barrel and receiver, complemented by polished, finely-grained wooden stock and forend, both exhibiting detailed checkering patterns. The left side of the receiver is marked “Remington Model 1100” along with the serial number “N161182V,” and is adorned with extensive scroll engraving that also appears on the polished bolt. The barrel is clearly marked “REMINGTON ARMS CO. INC. ILION, NY. MADE IN U.S.A.”, “12 GA. FOR 2 3/4 IN. SHELLS”, and “IMP. CYL.” (Improved Cylinder choke), and is topped with a ventilated rib. A black rubber butt pad, embossed with the “REMINGTON” logo, is fitted to the stock.
Condition report:
Very good to excellent overall condition. The blued finish is well-preserved, and the wooden components are glossy with minimal visible wear.
