A Browning Arms Company BPS Invector Field Model 20GA Pump-Action Shotgun, constructed from blued steel and varnished wood. Visible markings include “BROWNING ARMS COMPANY MORGAN, UTAH & MONTREAL P.Q.”, “MADE IN JAPAN”, “INVECTOR BPS SPECIAL STEEL. 20GA-2 3/4″ AND 3″ FIELD MODEL.”, and the serial number “26058PT162”. The left side of the receiver features a gold-tone duck or waterfowl motif alongside the text “ELK GROVE CHAPTER,” and the butt plate is marked “BROWNING.” The shotgun features a 28″ barrel.
Condition report:
Good, used condition. Exhibits typical wear such as minor scratches and finish abrasions on both the metalwork and the wooden stock and forearm, consistent with age and use.
