Vintage Winchester Super-X .264 Winchester Magnum 140 Grain Power-Point Ammunition, 34 Rounds
Description
A lot comprising 34 rounds of vintage Winchester Super-X .264 Winchester Magnum 140 grain Power-Point (S.P.) center fire rifle cartridges. The ammunition is presented in two vintage cardboard boxes, each originally designed to hold 20 rounds. One box is branded ‘WINCHESTER’ and ‘SUPER X’, while the other is marked ‘WINCHESTER Western’ and ‘SUPER X’. Both boxes display text such as ’20 CENTER FIRE RIFLE CARTRIDGES’ and ‘WARNING: Keep out of Reach of Children.’ Model numbers X2642 and W2642 are visible on the box sides. The brass cartridges feature ‘W-W’ and ‘264 MAG’ headstamps. The bullets are 140 grain Power-Point (S.P.).
Condition report:
The cardboard boxes show significant wear, discoloration, creasing, and some tearing, consistent with age and prolonged storage. The cartridges appear to be in good, untarnished condition.
