Description
A pair of silver-colored metallic coins. The first coin is an American ‘Peace Dollar’ from 1928. The obverse features a profile of Lady Liberty with inscriptions ‘LIBERTY’, ‘IN GOD WE TRVST’, and the date ‘1928’. The reverse depicts an eagle with ‘UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’, ‘E PLURIBUS UNUM’, ‘ONE DOLLAR’, and ‘PEACE’. The second coin is a modern Canadian ‘Silver Maple Leaf’ bullion coin from 2022. The obverse features a profile of Queen Elizabeth II with ‘ELIZABETH II D.G. REGINA’ and ‘5 DOLLARS’. The reverse displays a large maple leaf with ‘CANADA’, ‘9999 FINE SILVER 1 OZ ARGENT PUR 9999’.
Condition report:
The 1928 American \'Peace Dollar\' exhibits moderate circulation wear and some surface discoloration/tarnish. The 2022 Canadian \'Silver Maple Leaf\' presents in excellent, seemingly uncirculated condition with a lustrous finish and radial line security features.
