Vintage Winchester 'Super Speed Silvertip' 30-06 Springfield Ammunition Box, 20 Rounds
Description
A vintage cardboard box of Winchester ‘Super Speed Silvertip’ 30-06 Springfield ammunition, containing 20 brass center fire cartridges arranged in a cardboard tray. The packaging features a distinctive red, white, and yellow color scheme with “WINCHESTER,” “SILVERTIP,” and “SUPER SPEED” prominently displayed. Further descriptive text on the box indicates “20 CENTER FIRE CARTRIDGES,” “STAYNLESS,” “NON-MERCURIC,” and adaptability for various rifles including the U.S. Springfield Rifle Model 1903. Markings also specify “150 GRAIN BULLET,” “CONTROLLER EXPANDING,” “W 30063,” and “MADE IN U. S. A.,” alongside “TRADE MARK REG. U. S. PAT. OFF.
